Located at Marlowe Avenue and in Lakewood since 1992, this church ministers to Arab-Americans in English and Arabic and sometimes uses translators for visiting speakers. Affiliated with the Southern Baptist Church and operating at the Lakewood Presbyterian Church, it offers Sunday School classes in English at 11 a.m.  Sunday worship services are at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. There's also a service Wednesday evenings at 7.

"Worship, Education, Service."  On the corner of Hilliard Road at Woodward Avenue, Faith Lutheran Church offers Sunday Morning Worship Service at 10:30 a.m. with two adult Sunday School classes at 9:15 a.m.  Children's School is during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Located at the corners of Hilliard Boulevard, and Rosewood and Madison Avenues in Lakewood since 1920, Grace Presbyterian is a Christ-Centered, Family-Oriented, praying Gospel church under the pastoral leadership of Reverend Lynn Anderson.  Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. with worship service at 10:45 a.m. (10 a.m. worship during summer sessions).  Nursery provided.  Wheelchair accessible.

Although not located in Lakewood, Rev. Jose Reyes, a Lakewood resident founded this church about six years ago to serve the faith and community needs of our area’s Hispanic people.  Sermons are in Spanish with English translation provided.  Sunday worship service is at 11 a.m. with Sunday School and nursery provided.  Services are also on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 8.  Please call for more information and to verify times.

It is our mission to help one another to know God, to reach out and receive people in their need, to love and care for one another, and to demonstrate God's love for all.  Affiliated with American Baptist Church, it offers Sunday School for all ages at 10 a.m., along with Contemporary Worship at 9 a.m. and Traditional Worship starting at 11 a.m.

One of Lakewood’s oldest churches, it held its first worship service in 1878.  Today, with an emphasis on church unity and a vision for helping to meet community needs, this church supports and provides space for Boy Scouts, Alcoholics Anonymous and other local groups.  Worship with us at 10:00 a.m. year-round.

Our church believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of the living God, and that salvation is through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.  The Sunday morning service combines contemporary and exuberant praise with contemplative, God-centered worship through which we endeavor to enter the Holy of Holies and experience the manifest presence of the living God.  Sunday morning worship is at 10:30 a.m. and includes the entire family.  Children are dismissed to their own classes following the worship service.  We are currently meeting at Grace Lutheran Church.

“Proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ.”  Located at Detroit and Marlowe Avenues.  We invite you to worship with us on Sunday at 10:30 a.m.  Childcare is provided for infants and toddlers, and older children (3-10) can attend Wee Kirk (little church) following the children's message.  In addition, an 8:30 a.m. communion service is offered the first Sunday of the month.  Church school and music classes begin at 9 a.m. during the school year.  During the summer months, there is one service at 10 a.m.  The church is handicapped-accessible for mobility and hearing impaired.  A Nursery School program is available.

Seventh-Day Adventists derive their title and base their faith on the seventh day Sabbath hallowed by God during creation, Genesis 2:2-3.  We also believe the second advent (coming) of Jesus, John 14:1-3, is the only hope for the world.  Worship services are held on Saturdays at 10 a.m.  Worship hour begins at 11:30 a.m.  Bible studies are held on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.  All worship services include an emphasis on family and personal relationships with Christ.

Located at Summit Avenue, this church offers Sunday Morning Worship at 10 a.m., with children through the sixth grade dismissed to Church School after Children’s Moments. Youth and Adult classes are from 11 a.m. to noon.  Childcare available all morning.  The church also offers a TGIT (“Thank God It's Thursday”) service at 7 p.m. on Thursdays.  United Methodists are persons of Christian Faith understood through scripture, tradition, personal experience, and reason.  United Methodists believe that God's love and grace is known through Jesus Christ.  The sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion, music, prayer, the application of Biblical teaching to daily life, and active social witness are all part of living out the faith at Lakewood United Methodist Church.  Handicapped accessible.

As a Eucharistic Community, we the people of St. Clement Parish believe the Lord is present among us and calls us to grow in his life.  We commit ourselves to share that life in our love and concern for others. Founded to serve the worship needs of Lakewood’s Greek Catholics, this church’s Sunday Liturgy service is at 10 a.m.  The church’s golden cupola, or dome with four smaller ones make it very hard to miss! Please call for more information.

This church was founded to serve Lakewood’s Slovak immigrants and is named after two missionary brothers – Cyril and Methodius – patron saints of Europe.  It held its first Mass in 1903.  Weekday morning Masses are at 6:30 and 8:00.  Saturday Mass is 5:00 p.m.  Sunday morning Masses are at 7:30, 9:00 and 11:30.  Sunday PSR for children begins at 10:00 a.m.  Wheelchair accessible.

This Lakewood parish was organized in 1917 to serve immigrants, mostly from the Sub-Carpathian Mountain region of what was then Austria-Hungary and the western part of Russia.  Today, every other Sunday, this church offers Liturgy service in Slavonic (“Old Russian”) and in English.  (Call to verify which service you’d like to attend.)  Sunday morning worship services are at 9:30.  Vesper services are Saturdays at 4:00 p.m.  Please call for more information.

The Rock of Lakewood now meets in the Fellowship Hall (side entrance) of Pilgrim Saint Paul Lutheran Church at 4:30 p.m. each Sunday.  We also have an Albanian Bible study at 6:30 p.m., following our English service.  We are a contemporary church that is conservative in doctrine and creative in preaching.  We have a nursery and children's ministries are available.  All are invited to attend!

Sveiks or Hello!  This church was founded to serve the worship needs of Lakewood’s residents of Latvia heritage.  Sunday worship services are regularly conducted in the Latvian language and occasionally in English.  The congregation also has a Sunday Children’s School where the Latvian language, literature, history and culture are taught.  Sunday service is at 11:00 a.m. with school at 9:30 a.m.  Please call for more information and to verify times.
